At AnsaRing, we offer numerous ways
to receive your messages:
Real Time Fax /Email /Text and SMS Messaging - Automatically sends messages the instant they are taken:
to your email Fax machine Cell Phone/PDA/Blackberry Pager
Scheduled Fax or Email - Messages can be designated with 3 delivery times each day. They can be sent to a fax machine, to an email address or even multiple email addresses.
On-Line Message Retrieval* - Check all your messages in real-time through AnsaRing's Web based delivery page. Log in to our secure site and view all your messages as they come in. You can download them to your computer, print them or send them to an email.
Voice Mail - Messages can be recorded live as they are taken by our agents and stored on a voice mail system. You can call in and listen to the messages at your convenience.
Live Check In - Messages can be delivered anytime by our staff. You can call in and have an agent verify all your messages over the phone.
*All Message delivery options are included with your monthly base plan except Online Message Retrieval. Please ask your sales representative about additional fee.
